Sprouts is my favorite local grocery.  I shop at Sprouts every day for the freshest produce, meats, fish, and a great selection of dry goods.  The Sprouts folks are friendly and always willing to take care of the special requests I make for my clients. 

We are very blessed in Flower Mound to have our very own local goat cheese producer.  Anne Jones, at Latte Da Dairy, makes award-winning goat cheeses using milk from a herd of the smartest goat "Divas" you've ever seen.  I visited Latte Da when I first heard about it, and have been offering my clients products from the dairy ever since.  What a find!

I don't get to the Dallas Farmer's Market as often as I'd like, but when I do it's always worth the trip.  The sheer variety of locally grown produce is staggering.  I get inspirations for new menu items every time I go.

La Spiga is truly one of the hidden jewels of the Dallas culinary scene.  I found it only through friends in culinary school. Tucked away in an unassuming commercial space in Addison, La Spiga makes breads to die for.  And if you happen to be in the neighborhood around lunchtime, they also offer unique salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes, and soups in the small dining room.  The locals all know that you'll be hooked after one trip.
